The Laws of the Order place the responsibility for the successful operation of the Buffet and Social Rooms of the Aerie under the direct supervision of the Board of Trustees. This also includes the Aerie home and/or building and all employees, except those employed by the Aerie Secretary in his/her office. This is a great responsibility and should not be treated lightly by the Board of Trustees, but on the other hand, they should do their utmost at all times, to supervise this activity so that it will be a profitable venture for the Aerie and so the greatest number of members and their families will use the Aerie's Buffet and Social Rooms for their entertainment and pleasure.
